Paul Chiolo has been a licensed real estate broker for over twenty years and has managed a multitude of transactions from single lot acquisitions to entire communities. Paul was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and spent his summers at the New Jersey shore. He relocated to the Wildwoods in 1987 and started his career in real estate. The Wildwoods are a barrier island 90 miles south of Philadelphia, 150 miles south of New York, and 150 miles east of Baltimore and D.C. We are a summer resort/beach town that mostly caters to middle to upper level second home buyers. Paul opened Oceanside Realty in 1991 with the goal of offering a team-oriented approach while providing superior customer service in the Wildwoods.

Paul's true strength is the team he has established which consists of specialized licensed professionals who offer their full attention to even the smallest detail. Since 1991, Team Oceanside has specialized in marketing and renting single family homes, condos, town homes, and also has represented a variety of developers. Paul's personal niche is selling motels and residences along the beach and has over $300 million in sales since 1998.

Paul holds CRB and CRB designations, and is also a CCIM candidate. He is a Howard Brinton Star Power star and is ranked #109 by the National Association of REALTORS. He resides in Wildwood Crest with his wife, Kathleen and their two children, Anthony and Michael.

Ralph first received his New Jersey real estate license in 1982. He has been actively involved in real estate and property management ever since. Ralph has attained the designations of Real Estate Broker, CRS, GRI and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). He comes to us from Premier Homes Real Estate located in Avalon. Ralph sat on the Board of Directors of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS and an Executive Board member 2006-2007. He was the Chairman of the Members Services Committee and has sat on the review panel of the Grievance Committee. Whether it is a residential sale, commercial sale, property management, residential development or a condominium conversion Ralph has taken these types of transactions from just being an idea all the way to the closing table. He is knowledgeable and experienced in DEP and riparian issues.

Ralph is a true professional and all around great guy. He and his wife Norine have been year round residents in Avalon, NJ for over 25 years raising all of their 3 children there. Over the last 25 years Ralph has been actively involved in the community coaching recreation basketball, playing in the Adult Men’s Basketball League, was the past President the Stone Harbor Lions Club, was the past President of the Brigantine Rowing Association and Co-Chairman of National High School Rowing Championship Regatta in 1998.

Joe is in his second decade as a Real Estate Professional. Before he became a Realtor Joe had successful careers in both the business world and in education. He has served a as teacher, head coach and administrator on both the high school and college level.

Joe currently serves as a Director on the Ocean City Board of Realtors which includes his serving on the Boards’ Education Committee, Contract Committee and Professional Standards Committee.

Joe has been recognized many times over the past two decades for his Real Estate achievements. He was named to the New Jersey Association of Realtors “Distinguished Sales Club Award”, which is one of the highest awards offered by the Association. Recently, Joe earned the local designation as an “Ocean City Real Estate Specialist”.

Brenda moved to Ocean City in 1996 from Vineland, NJ where she served many years as a licensed Hairdresser and Professional Nurse. Brenda has been a professional real estate sales associate for over a decade specializing in vacation rentals. She is a member of Ocean City Board of Realtors, NJAR, and NAR. In 2005 and 2006 Brenda received The National Honor Society’s award for Sales. Brenda spends her much of her free time volunteering in the community, and participates in many of Ocean City’s civic and charity events including parades and Charity Golf Tournaments. She is married to Joseph Carideo and lives in Ocean City.

Kim is a life-long resident of Cape May County who has blended her intimate knowledge of past, present and future into a unique insight of the real estate market in and around the Wildwoods.

Kim possesses a take-charge attitude and is a valuable asset to the Oceanside team. She is in-tune with the market and regularly receives accolades from not only Oceanside clients but from her peers as well.

Kim can currently be found at The Grand at Diamond Beach sales gallery as a member of the sales team. She has the privilege of helping families secure some of the most luxurious residences on the island.

Kim and her husband Lance are proud parents of two daughters, Madison and Hannah.

As one of our newest and youngest members of Oceanside, Jackie has been a licensed NJ Real Estate Agent since 2002. She is a native of North Wildwood graduating from Cape May Technical High School and attending Drexel University on a Soccer Scholarship.

She has been exposed to all facets of the Real Estate world from rentals, sales and closings. Through her experience, she has acquired knowledge of not only the Wildwoods but Stone Harbor, Avalon and Sea Isle as well.

Recently relocating back to the island from Washington D.C, Jackie provides extensive knowledge of title insurance to Oceanside’s clients. Her upbeat attitude and responsiveness allows her to maintain a high level of customer service. Jackie is committed to old fashion dedication and state of the art high tech tools to ensure our clients a worry-free real estate transaction. In addition to her Real Estate License, Jackie is a Notary of the Public and Licensed Settlement Agent.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys the beach and rooting for the Phillies. She can also be found assisting her older brother and sister coaching Soccer and Basketball. Currently, Jackie resides in North Wildwood with her “baby” Dylan, a Chihuahua/Terrier Mix.

Kathleen joined Oceanside Realty officially in 2004 as Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Oceanside, she spent 17 years in sales and marketing in the high technology field. Kathleen’s most recent position was as Manager of Channel Operations for Cisco Systems based in San Jose, CA. The 7 years that she was with Cisco Systems, Kathleen received many sales awards such as Top Region of the Year, Vendor of the Year, and Top Vendor Representative of the Year.

Kathleen’s responsibilities were to grow sales through effective marketing programs and inventory management. She was the responsible for communications between her customer and Cisco corporate and all field sales. The Cisco business grew at her customer from 10 million annually to over 400 million dollars a year.

Kathleen’s talent truly lies in getting people in different organizations to work together towards a common goal to mutually benefit all parties involved.

Kathleen grew up in Warminster, Pennsylvania and graduated as a member of the National Honor Society from William Tennent High School. She received a bachelor’s of science degree from Drexel University in 1986.

Although Kathleen has only been at Oceanside Realty several years, real estate is not new to her. Being married to Broker/Owner Paul Chiolo since 1994, she has been exposed to the business for a long time. She has spent the last several years designing and building with husband Paul their dream home on the bay in Wildwood Crest. They both reside there today with their two sons Anthony and Michael. Most of their free time is spend with their boys traveling, going to the beach, water activities and attending all of the boys sporting events.

Shelley has been a licensed salesperson for over 9 years. She moved here from Michigan, where she was a corporate professional for over 20 years working for a Fortune 500 company. During her corporate career, she was recognized as one of their “Outstanding Employees” from a field of over 10,000. Her professionalism, excellent people skills, and great attention to detail greatly benefit the clients who work with her. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and is currently a sales representative for The Grand at Diamond Beach luxury high-rise condominiums. Shelley lives in Cape May, serves on the Board of Directors of Animal Outreach of Cape May County, and won the regional fifth grade spelling bee.

Larry Cech is a native of Philadelphia and has had a love affair with the South Jersey Shore his entire life. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Larry pursued an acting career in Hollywood. Although he did not become a huge movie star he was able to learn the ins and outs of the entertainment business. He later worked behind the scenes helping to produce many of the top casino and stage shows in Las Vegas, Seoul, South Korea and in the Caribbean for Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Larry eventually turned his high energy and focus into the real estate business and has been a successful Realtor for almost two decades now, specializing in high end and luxury homes. His passion is seeing the smile on his clients faces when they purchase the vacation home of their dreams. Larry is currently involved as a Sales Representative at The Grand at Diamond Beach and is a member of Team Oceanside whose team members have collectively sold over $1 Billion of South Jersey Shore real estate. Life really is better at the beach!

Jack is another St. Joseph’s Prep Graduate and Philadelphia area transplant. After graduating from Penn State, he pursued a career in Professional Golf and worked in numerous award winning clubs throughout the United States. He moved to the Jersey Shore over 15 years ago to pursue a career in real estate and is a second generation Realtor. Besides having a broker’s license Jack is also a licensed builder and holds the title of Resort and Second Home Specialist. (RSPS). He and his wife Jill enjoy spending family time with their two children exploring all that the Jersey shore has to offer year round.

Jill is a native to the Jersey Shore. She was born in Atlantic City and raised in Margate where she still resides with her husband, Jack, and their two children. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Mathematics from The Grand Canyon University; an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Atlantic Cape Community College; and a Certificate in Fundraising from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). Jill has served on many local Boards of Directors and is dedicated to helping the people in her community, and in the revitalization of her native shore towns. Jill was honored with being chosen into the Inaugural selection of Atlantic City Weekly's Top 40 Under 40" for her work in the community, where many know her from the schools and The First Tee Greater Atlantic City, a junior golf program. Jill also works as a part-time Director of Development of the Absecon Lighthouse in Atlantic City.

In 2007, Jill earned her real estate license and joined her husband Jack's side as Team OC Jack. Together they service not only Cape May County, but all of the towns along the shore in Atlantic County. They are always happy and prepared to assist you with all your real estate needs from sales to rentals.

When not working or volunteering you can find Jill with her family on the beach, or hiding behind a camera lens. Photography is another of her passions and one of her many hidden talents. In fact one of Jill’s photos was recently published. She continues her photography as a hobby and sells stock photographs for an International company.

Loreta was born in Lithuania and moved to the Jersey Shore 6 years ago. Before she came to the U.S. Loreta earned a Bachelors Degree in Business and specialized accounting and marketing from Vilnius University, one of the oldest and most pretigeous schools in Europe. She is fluent in English, Russian, Lithuanian and also has an understanding of German. After moving to the U.S. Loreta worked for Hertz Rental Car, and won numerous awards for both sales and leadership. Loreta is currently utilizing her management skills as a Senior Assistant Manager for Tommy Bahama stores and following her dream of becoming a successful Real Estate agent. Her goal is to help people achieve their dream of home ownership, especially when it means owning a get-a-way at the shore. Loreta is married and resides in Mays Landing, NJ with her husband Eric.

Mike Webb is a long time resident of southern Cape May County. He enjoys both the hectic tourist season as well as the quiet off season. A graduate of Rider University, Mike has 30 years experience in the field of financial accounting. He has worked in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Hospitality and most recently, the Real Estate industry. Mike lives in North Cape May with his wife Madeline and their two sons, Bill and Phil who are currently attending Atlantic Cape Community College.

Laura is one of our newest team members and has been a resident of Cape May County for over 12 years. She graduated from Middle Township High School in 2003 and then attended Atlantic Cape Community College where she studied general business. Laura owns a small cleaning service and attributes many of her varied marketing and customer service skills to the four years of experience she has as a Promotional Model. Laura currently resides in Wildwood Crest.
